Supplies Needed; Paper towel roll, green construction paper, scissors, glue and foam letters
Directions; Cut construction paper into strips about an inch wide. Put a ring of glue inside the edge of the paper towel roll. Put the ends of the strips into the end of the paper towel roll, and allow to dry. Once dry, glue letters as desired.
