Supplies Needed; Baking cups, pipe cleaners, glue, blue construction paper, blue paint, and scissors


Directions;
Cut pipe cleaners in half. Stick pipe cleaner through the center of the baking cup. Fold the baking cup at the center to create a half circle, and glue it to your paper. Repeat as many times as desired. Finally paint rain drops on you paper and allow to dry.
