Supplies Needed; Red and Blue Pipe Cleaners, sealing sandwich bag, straw, red paper, scissors and glue gun
Directions; Cut red paper to fit inside your sandwich bag. Cut pipe cleansers and shape to look like veins and arteries. Glue them to your paper. Allow to dry. Insert the paper into your bag. place the straw into the bag, ans seal the bag around the straw. Have the children blow into the bag, to create a beating heart. 
Here is a great way to teach children about the human heart. We used watercolors to paint our heart, and discuss the different components of the heart.
